Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Chapter Lead to ensure people excellence, governance, and maturity across the chapter while enabling high performing teams to deliver strategic outcomes. The role balances people leadership, capability development, and governance, without owning day-to-day delivery, and collaborates with CPMO Delivery Teams and Business units to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

10+ years of experience in the relevant capability domain.
Proven experience leading specialist teams.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating in agile / product based.
Ability to influence without direct delivery ownership.
University Degree in Technology, Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop members to build strong professional capabilities.
Align team capabilities with enterprise strategy, roadmap, and regulatory requirements.
Provide visibility into team capacity, skills mix, and constraints and future capacity planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on capability maturity and delivery direction.
