Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certifications such as CRISK, PMP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor are desirable.
• 10–15 years of IT/OT security experience in large organizations, with governance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the EGA-wide cyber security program across IT and OT.
• Oversee risk management, policy development, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate education, awareness, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Manage budgets and staff training for cyber security programs.
• Liaise with OT engineers and IT leaders to secure industrial control systems.
