Job summary

Yello is seeking a senior cyber security executive to own and execute the enterprise-wide cyber security strategy across IT and OT environments in the UAE. The role leads governance, risk management, compliance, security operations and data privacy while safeguarding plant safety and operational continuity.

You will oversee budgets, projects and vendors, and advise senior leadership on emerging threats and remediation priorities, requiring 10–15 years in cyber security with industrial experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 10–15 years in cyber security across IT/OT, infrastructure and security leadership.
• Strong industrial/manufacturing experience with OT security architecture.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid infra, including Azure and M365.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, GICSP, ISO 27001 or PMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise-wide cyber security strategy across IT and OT environments.
• Lead cyber governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, security operations and data privacy.
• Establish robust OT security controls while protecting plant safety and continuity.
• Oversee cyber security budgets, strategic projects, vendors and specialist teams.
• Advise senior leadership on threats, vulnerabilities and remediation priorities.
