Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) seeks a Head of Governance, Architecture and Strategy to lead the Digital Transformation Governance, Architecture and Strategy team. You will align the DT strategy with EGA’s business goals, manage the department budget, and drive policy standardisation and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT with 5+ years in governance, architecture, and IT strategy.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS; Master's preferred; PM certs appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Transformation Governance, Architecture and Strategy team and align DT strategy with EGA business goals.
• Manage the DT Governance budget and oversee policy development, audits, and compliance.
• Oversee enterprise architecture development, standards, KPIs, and service management models.
• Drive continuous improvement of value generation, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and governance of DT projects and programs across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure strategic alignment.
