Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) invites applications for the Head of Governance, Architecture, and Strategy within the Digital Transformation group. You will shape the DT governance framework, architecture strategy, and cross-functional policy standards to align with EGA’s business goals.

The role leads budget governance, audits, quality KPIs, and a scalable enterprise architecture roadmap, driving value through compliant, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional project management qualification is advantageous.
• 10+ years IT experience with governance, architecture and strategy; senior management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead DT governance, architecture, and strategy with alignment to business goals.
• Develop, seek approval for, and enforce standard DT policies and controls.
• Oversee budget governance, audits, KPIs, and service management models.
• Drive value generation, compliance, and enterprise architecture maturity.
• Coordinate roadmaps and ensure security, scalability, and innovation.
• Lead strategic initiatives across governance, architecture, and procurement.
