Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) invites a senior cybersecurity leader to head the cyber security function. The role oversees governance, risk, and compliance for IT and OT, ensuring protection of digital assets across corporate and industrial environments.

Leading a team, you will set policies, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal leaders and external partners. Deep expertise in OT security and cloud/onsite infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in IT/OT security management across large manufacturing environments.
• 10-15 years in IT/OT security with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security governance for IT and OT environments.
• Oversee an organization-wide information security program.
• Identify, report, and mitigate information security risks.
• Coordinate security communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Secure OT/IT integration while maintaining segmentation to protect critical systems.
• Budgeting and project prioritization for cyber security initiatives.
• Educate management and staff on security policies and standards.
