Job summary

EGA is seeking the Head of Cyber Security to lead a strategic program spanning IT and OT environments. You will define governance, risk, and compliance while guiding a team responsible for protecting digital assets and ensuring regulatory adherence.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud and OT security, collaboration with OT leads, and budget oversight to align security with business objectives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certifications such as CRISK, PMP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT and OT security across on-premise and cloud infrastructures; large manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic cyber security program across IT and OT to protect assets.
• Oversee information security risk management, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, OT engineers, and external agencies to secure OT/IT environments.
