Emploive in Dubai seeks a Director of Cyber Security to lead the organization-wide security program across IT and OT, oversee risk, governance, and compliance, and partner with executive leadership to defend digital assets.

You will manage a team, drive security strategy, budget, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring robust security controls while aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT and OT security, with leadership responsibilities.
• Certifications such as CRISC, PMP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cyber security governance across IT and OT environments.
• Oversee risk management, compliance program, and security budgeting.
• Coordinate information security with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive OT/IT security integration while maintaining segmentation.
• Represent security in leadership discussions and vendor management.
