Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is seeking a strategic Head of Cyber Security to lead an enterprise-wide information security program across IT and OT environments. This role partners with OT leads to secure control systems, manage risks, and report to leadership on cyber threats and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, and coordinating with internal departments and external agencies to maintain the highest security standards while enabling digital

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in computing or equivalent is required.
• Professional certifications in information security are highly desirable.
• Experience leading cyber security in large industrial/manufacturing environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and oversee an enterprise-wide information security program for IT/OT.
• Lead budgeting, prioritization, and governance of cyber security initiatives.
• Coordinate with OT, Plant Managers, and external agencies on security matters.
• Lead and develop the Cyber Security department, set objectives, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in security controls.
