Qualifications

• Minimum three years in customer experience, loyalty, retention, or related field.
• Experience managing a customer-facing team.
• Proven ability to develop retention initiatives or membership strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Experience team.
• Own service metrics: response times, resolution rates, satisfaction, and recovery.
• Create scalable workflows, SOPs, and centralized knowledge base.
• Improve accessibility across channels: email, phone, live chat, SMS.
• Identify opportunities via technology, automation, and AI while preserving personalization.
• Own customer feedback ecosystem: surveys and reviews; improve journeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Studio Operations on retention campaigns.
• Drive repeat bookings, loyalty, and membership growth.
• Set sales targets and incentives for customer service aligned with revenue goals.
• Own dashboards and reporting on satisfaction, retention, and revenue impact.
