Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a hands-on operator to lead Customer Success in Dubai. You will own the P&L, establish accountability systems, and manage department heads and account managers directly.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you shift from strategy to real-world outcomes. You will build the operating cadence, define outputs, and partner with Sales and Delivery on capacity and onboarding.

Qualifications

• You’ve run a large, metrics-driven operation with documented systems.
• Experience leading an account management or customer success function at scale.
• Verifiable P&L, retention, or margin ownership with real numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and accountability infrastructure for Customer Success.
• Build and run the operating system with named outputs and cadence.
• Directly manage account management leads and senior operators.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery on handoffs, capacity, and onboarding.
