AI Acquisition is seeking a hands-on senior operator to run the Customer Success organization day-to-day: own the P&L, build the accountability infrastructure from scratch, and directly manage department heads and account managers.

This role is not advisory; you will be in the org, making hard calls, fixing root causes, and driving capacity, cadence, and performance across a large team.

Qualifications

• Must have run a large metrics-driven operation with documented systems and accountability.
• Experience owning P&L, retention, or margin in scale CS/AM/business ops.
• Proven ability to build operating infrastructure from scratch and lead senior managers.

Responsabilités

• Own the P&L and targets for the function.
• Build the accountability infrastructure with named outputs and cadences.
• Directly manage account management leads and senior operators.
• Partner with sales and delivery leadership on handoffs and capacity planning.
• Hire and develop management depth with People & Talent.
• Provide the founders with operational leverage by removing firefighting.
