Job summary

HealthHub Al Nahda, part of Al-Futtaim Health in Dubai, seeks a Head Nurse to lead the nursing team and ensure safe, patient-centered care. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates will have a DHA-licensed RN, a BSN or equivalent, and at least 5 years of nursing experience including 2 years in a senior role. The position offers a 5-day work week, competitive pay, and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
Minimum 5 years' nursing experience.
