SOFITEL Dubai is seeking an experienced Concierge and Bell service supervisor to oversee Concierge, Bell Desk, Doormen, Valet and airport transport, ensuring top-tier guest service while adhering to hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management.
• Clefs D or hospitality license.
• Minimum five years experience as Concierge or in a related role.
• Good English language verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills; able to address guest/employee needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Concierge and Bell Desk teams, Doormen, Valet and airport transport.
• Directs guest services and provides information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintains lobby appearance and keeps ashtrays clean.
• Prepares work and vacation schedules based on occupancy and group movements.
• Coordinates guest paging and keeps the information directory up to date.
• Monitors departmental budget and costs to ensure performance against budget.
