Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Bell Supervisor to lead and schedule bell staff, ensuring smooth operation of the lobby and guest services.

You will coordinate with the front desk, mentor your team on service standards, and arrange guest transportation, while maintaining grooming and professional hospitality. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services.
• Arabic-English fluency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule bell staff for efficient operation.
• Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services.
• Coordinate with front desk for guest requests.
• Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area.
• Mentor bell staff on service standards.
• Coordinate and supervise Bellmen, Doormen and the valet team.
• Maintain proper grooming at all times.
• Show cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
• Be aware of daily activities and have product knowledge of hotel facilities.
• Handle issuance of guest room key cards and control guest security.
• Arrange guest transportation requests including Limousine service, Shuttle Bus and car rental via hotel rent-a-car partner.
