AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a dedicated Concierge Leader for Sofitel Dubai The Palm. You will oversee Concierge and Bell Desk operations, ensuring top-tier guest service across lobby and outlets, while promoting hotel dining options and maintaining a pristine environment.

The role requires a degree in Tourism & Hotel Management, Clefs D’or membership, and at least five years in a concierge/related role, with strong English communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management is required.
• Clefs D’or membership is preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience as a Concierge or in a related role.
• Excellent command of English (verbal) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Concierge and Bell service operations to deliver top-quality guest service.
• Directs Concierge, Bell Desk activities and related staff including Doormen and Valet.
• Provides information about hotel services, local points of interest, dining and tours.
• Promotes hotel F&B outlets when recommending options to guests.
• Keeps lobby and facilities orderly and clean at all times.
• Coordinates guest paging and information distribution in the lobby and outlets.
• Maintains up-to-date hotel information directory and function boards.
• Prepares schedules for Concierge, Doorman and Bell staff.
• Ensures staff are neat, punctual and perform tasks efficiently.
• Liaises with other departments to resolve guest issues; supports DoR in budget management.
