Job summary

Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a luxury 5-star beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah, seeks a proactive Concierge leader to oversee Bell Desk operations. You will guide Doormen, Bell staff, and Valet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and accurate information provision across hotel services and local attractions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in concierge roles, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment while maintaining professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Concierge or in a related position.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills; able to ascertain and address guest needs.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Concierge and Bell Desk activities and staff, including Doormen and Valet.
• Provides guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensures lobby areas are orderly and information directories are up to date.
• Coordinates guest paging and staff schedules; supports budget discussions with management.
