Qualifications

• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day concierge and bell desk activities while supporting the Chief Concierge and Front Office leadership.
• Coordinate with Bellmen, Doormen, and valet parking colleagues and other hotel departments.
• Maintain Bell Desk reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure guests are welcomed professionally and luggage is handled securely.
• Supervise service delivery, staff schedules, and grooming standards.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high service levels.
