Radiant Hospitality Company in Dubai seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a premium Mediterranean restaurant within an international multi-brand group. You will be hands-on, tasting and developing dishes with the team while preserving the concept’s identity.

The role demands a genuinely ingredient-led, technically strong chef with a background in premium dining. UAE work eligibility is required, with a start around November 2026 and a competitive, all-inclusive package.

Qualifications

• Premium, high-volume restaurant background with Mediterranean cuisine.
• Ingredient-led, technically strong cooking and flavour-focused.
• Hands-on leadership with proven team development.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of kitchen quality, creativity and consistency.
• Develop and refine Mediterranean dishes while preserving the concept identity.
• Lead, coach and develop the brigade and maintain strong team culture.
• Source high-quality seasonal ingredients with knowledge of provenance.
• Maintain hands-on presence on the pass, tasting and cooking with the team.
• Manage food cost, wastage, purchasing and kitchen variances with commercial awareness.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and central culinary/ops teams for brand alignment.
