Job summary

Paris Society in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our new Greek dining concept. You will drive culinary vision, quality and consistency across a high-end standalone restaurant, and lead menu development, staff mentoring and precise execution of service.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, proven leadership, and pre-opening experience to build and inspire a cohesive kitchen team in a demanding luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Head Chef or senior culinary leadership experience.
• Experience in high-end standalone restaurants.
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
• UAE/Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Creative, hands-on with focus on quality and kitchen operations.
• Greek flavours authenticity with contemporary approach.
