Job summary

Kaizen in Dubai seeks an organized Handover Coordinator to manage the full property handover lifecycle from pre-handover to final sign-off and post-handover follow-up. You will coordinate between developers, owners, tenants, maintenance teams and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant handovers in line with DLD and RERA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in property handover, real estate administration, project coordination, or client relations in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of DLD/RERA handover processes and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel tracking, Word reports, PowerPoint summaries, Slack/Teams communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple handovers under tight deadlines.
• Clear professional English communication; Arabic/Tagalog is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Valid UAE residency and driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all handover activities for residential and commercial properties/assets.
• Prepare and verify handover checklists, inspection reports, snagging lists, and DLD/RERA-compliant documentation.
• Conduct pre-handover inspections; coordinate with technical/maintenance teams to resolve defects.
• Communicate timelines, status updates, and action items to owners, tenants, developers, sales, and asset management.
• Arrange and attend formal handover meetings; obtain sign-offs and maintain complete records.
• Manage handover files digitally; update Excel trackers and internal systems to monitor progress.
• Follow up on post-handover rectifications and close out issues within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Kaizen standards, and UAE regulations.
• Support Emiratization goals by collaborating with local teams and authorities as required.
