Job summary

Ellington Properties Development LLC is seeking a Handover Specialist in Dubai to manage the final phase of project delivery. You will coordinate home orientations, guide clients through inspections, and finalize handover while ensuring excellent service and post-handover support.

The role requires close collaboration with contractors, QA/QC, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality handovers and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced property development environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the seamless handover of projects from development to client delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project components are completed and ready for handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the handover process, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct home orientation sessions to familiarize clients with their new property, explaining features and maintenance procedures.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and organization of all inspection and handover documentation.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure full resolution.
• Work closely with contractors, site managers, QA/QC teams to verify units are completed to the highest standards before handover.
• Assist with post-handover support activities, including defect rectification and warranty claims.
