Job summary

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking an organized Handover Coordinator to manage the full property handover lifecycle in Dubai, from pre-handover to final sign-off and post-handover follow-up. The role acts as the central contact between developers, owners, tenants, maintenance teams, and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant handovers.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects, maintain accurate records, and ensure alignment with UAE

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in property handover or contract administration in Dubai.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Arabic/Tagalog is an advantage.
• Knowledge of DLD/RERA handover processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Valid UAE residency and driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all handover activities for properties.
• Prepare and verify handover checklists, inspection reports, and DLD/RERA docs.
• Conduct pre-handover inspections and resolve defects with maintenance teams.
• Communicate timelines and action items with owners, tenants, developers, and asset management.
• Arrange and attend formal handover meetings; obtain sign-offs and maintain records.
• Manage handover files digitally; update Excel trackers and internal systems.
• Follow up on post-handover rectifications within agreed timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Support Emiratization goals by collaborating with local teams and authorities.
• Handle multiple concurrent handovers with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes.
