Job summary

Dubai Holding’s real estate arm seeks a senior asset handover leader to drive end-to-end handovers for large-scale residential and mixed-use communities, ensuring flawless asset transfer, documentation, and systems.

You will oversee QA, inspections, DLP, defects resolution, and collaborate with project delivery teams, contractors, and management to deliver quality communities and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Certification in Project Management, Asset Management or Community Management preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in community management, property development or asset handover.
• Experience overseeing handover, DLP and Quality Assurance activities.
• Experience in contract administration, SLA governance, and post-handover defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end community handover, ensuring assets, documentation and systems transfer per standards.
• Oversee QA, inspections, snagging, and de-snagging to meet quality standards.
• Drive collaboration with Project Delivery teams, contractors, consultants, and CM stakeholders.
• Manage Defects Liability Period activities, tracking and resolving defects.
• Resolve complex or overdue defects and escalate as needed to protect quality and satisfaction.
• Monitor defect rectification budgets and contractor obligations for compliance.
• Establish governance, risk registers, reporting frameworks and performance metrics for handover, QA and DLP.
• Drive continuous improvement, including process automation and digital inspection tools.
• Capture lessons learned and share with development and design teams for future delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to teams while提升 customer service.
