Azizi Developments is looking for a Customer Handover Executive to help new property owners check their finished apartments before moving in, in Dubai. You will walk through each unit with the buyer to verify doors, windows, and taps, then document repairs and hand over keys, gifts, and parking cards.

Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential, with stamina for long days on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Must have an eye for detail to spot tiny issues in apartments.
• Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience helps.
• Physical energy to stand and walk in dusty construction areas daily.

Responsibilities

• Walk through new flats with buyers to check doors, windows and taps.
• Record repairs on a digital checklist and send to construction team.
• Provide final apartment keys, welcome gifts and parking cards to owners.
• Coordinate with maintenance to fix issues before handover.
