Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE seeks a Digital Energy Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Cloud & SP and Buildings in the Gulf region. You will lead market strategy, build a robust opportunity pipeline, and secure key orders while coordinating with partners and internal teams.

The role requires deep enterprise technology sales experience, executive engagement with customers, and familiarity with building management systems and data center projects in the Gulf.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.
• 10 years of enterprise technology, cloud sales, or strategic account management experience.
• Experience in building management systems and smart buildings.
• Knowledge of Gulf region markets and tendering processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Digital Energy portfolio across Gulf region segments (C SP & Buildings).
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with end users, consultants, contractors and partners.
• Drive growth in data centers, commercial buildings, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build a healthy pipeline of opportunities and ensure funnel growth; monitor market trends and competitors.
