Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience in power systems, grid automation, or digital grid technologies.
• Deep familiarity with grid technologies and the Middle East market.
• Strong technical knowledge of HV equipment and systems—including GIS/AIS, transformers, substations, and automation, control & protection.
• Sharp commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying opportunities with utilities, developers, EPCs and industrial clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity development to order closing, coordinating with tendering management.
• Define winning strategies, pricing, and market plans for target markets.
• Analyze market, competitors, and customers; keep Salesforce and MI tool updated.
• Drive order intake and gross profit targets and contribute to marketing concepts and portfolio launches.
• Coordinate technical clarifications and win/loss analyses while adhering to QA and regulatory requirements.
