The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse guests.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• supervisory experience of at least 1 year is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verify identity and payment.
• Set up accounts and issue room keys per guest requirements.
• Balance and drop receipts; prepare cashier and closing reports.
• Provide directions and property information to guests; respond to requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect assets; follow safety procedures.
