Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Back Office to support the Rooms Division, ensuring efficient Front Office Operations and Reservations while aligning with brand standards. The role involves close collaboration with Marketing and Sales and other Rooms Departments to deliver exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills, and prior Front Office/Back Office experience in a larger operation.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Front Office Assistant, or Guest Services Officer - Back Office in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Services Officer - Back Office assists the Rooms Division in managing Front Office Operations and Reservations.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Sales and other Rooms Departments to deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt brand standards.
