Job summary

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, part of Jumeirah, invites a Guest Services Executive to join the Front Office team. The role focuses on welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out with precision, and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations for a luxury clientele.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably with an international 5-star brand, and strong communication skills to interact with guests from diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in Front Office or Guest Relations
• Experience with international 5-star hotel brand preferred
• Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel policies

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out accurately and efficiently
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests with personalized service
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, F&B to fulfill guest needs
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when needed
• Promote hotel services and amenities and upsell where appropriate
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with service standards
