Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and open car doors for arriving/departing guests
• Escort guests to the lobby and assist with luggage as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel and services to answer guest queries
• Handover information from earlier shift to night shift smoothly
• Forward guest complaints to the manager on duty for resolution
• Perform trips/drives with hotel car/bus as required
• Manage guests' car keys and ensure security
• Establish and maintain public relations while exceeding guest expectations
• Maintain parking areas and ensure cleanliness
