Job summary

W Hotels in Dubai is looking for a non-management, full-time team member to support guest services and front desk operations. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and follow up with guests on satisfaction with guest-related issues.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
• Process all payment types (room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit) and set up accurate accounts for each guest.
• Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications; count bank at start and end of shift.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness; communicate with other departments to resolve guest requests.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees; model professional behavior.

Education
