Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a proactive Concierge to deliver exceptional service to guests, assisting with restaurant reservations, city tours and personalised recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience and helping guests explore Dubai confidently.

The role requires a relevant hospitality qualification, at least 1 year in hotel operations, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and colleagues across the Rooms Division.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
