Job summary

Sofitel Dubai Downtown is looking for a Guest Service Officer to uphold the highest standards of service, managing arrivals and departures and enhancing the in-house guest experience in line with company guidelines.

You will greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure personalized service from arrival to departure, contributing to luxury standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Rooms Division.
• 2 to 5 years' experience, depending on education and career background.

• To attend all guests approaching the front desk in the procedure of check-in/check-out, inquiries, key handling and all related matters, respecting the hotel standards and procedures.
• To offer a warm welcome to all guests and to ensure that they enjoy their stay being offered the finest personal service.
