Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a Reservation Agent to handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and strong customer service.

You will be knowledgeable about hotel products, rates, packages, and promotions; process reservations, changes and cancellations, and ensure timely confirmations. Fluency in English is required; experience with Opera is preferred. The role offers a dynamic hospitality environment within a leading brand.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with reservations systems (Opera or similar).
• Fluent English required; other languages a plus.
• Experience in hotel reservations, group bookings or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations inquiries and requests with professionalism and high service levels.
• Be aware of hotel products, rates, packages and promotions.
• Process reservation queries, changes and cancellations via phone, email, or internal systems.
• Input reservations accurately into the system and ensure confirmations within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with visa officer to ensure visa processing where needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services; upsell higher yield rooms.
• Follow brand and Accor policies for Reservations/Groups.
