Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality.
• Proficient computer literacy.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations by phone, letter or fax.
• Input reservations into the system and handle inquiries and requests.
• Stay up to date with hotel promotions and rate structures, and apply rate management.
• Maintain accurate room status and input guest details.
• Upsell where opportunities arise and organize visa requests per hotel policy.
• Promote good public relations to maximize business.
