Job summary

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservation Agent to join the team for Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels Abu Dhabi. You will be the primary contact for guests during the reservation process, delivering a professional experience from first contact through confirmation.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and online requests, optimizing revenue with upsells, and coordinating with departments to fulfill guest needs, while maintaining accurate guest records.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is required.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest requests with accuracy.
