Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality reservations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism.
• Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities.
• Provide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requests.
• Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferences.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns.
• Maintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise information.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and services.
