Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a reservations specialist to handle new reservations, amendments and guest enquiries across hotels and holiday homes.

You will manage bookings through PMS and online platforms, ensure rates and guest details are accurate, and coordinate with operations and housekeeping for arrivals and special requests. Strong communication and English are required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, holiday homes, hotels or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of PMS / reservation and booking systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
• UAE holiday-home/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Male/Female candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle new reservations, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries.
• Manage bookings through Property Management Systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
• Ensure rates, availability and guest details are accurately updated.
• Coordinate with Operations and Housekeeping for guest arrivals and special requirements.
• Respond professionally to guest calls, emails and booking requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
