Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room keys and balance receipts.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and update billing as needed.
• Prepare daily reports and closing/cashier reports.
• Assist management in coaching and training staff; ensure professional communications.
