Zusammenfassung

Hilton Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to ensure a warm welcome, personalized attention, and professional service throughout guests’ stay. You will oversee daily guest relations activities, manage VIP arrangements, respond to guest needs, and collaborate with Front Office and other departments for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifikationen

Experience in guest relations, front office or similar hospitality role.
Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
