Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional, personalized guest service from arrival to departure. You will engage guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

The role focuses on guest engagement, satisfaction, and proactive service, collaborating with housekeeping, F&B, and concierge to ensure a seamless luxury experience in a UAE premium hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations or front office is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for delivering luxury guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a warm, professional demeanor throughout their stay.
• Serve as the main contact for VIP guests, special requests, and feedback.
• Ensure guest preferences and special occasions are noted and acted upon.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge to deliver seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Conduct room inspections for VIP arrivals and ensure rooms meet brand standards.
• Maintain a strong lobby presence to assist guests and promote services.
• Assist with check-in and check-out when needed.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze guest feedback to identify service improvements.
