Job summary

Hilton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to ensure guests are greeted warmly and receive personalized, professional service throughout their stay. You will oversee daily guest relations, manage VIP arrangements, and respond to guest needs while coordinating with other departments to guarantee a seamless experience.

You will also support Front Office operations, maintain accurate guest information, and ensure Hilton service standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Familiarity with ONQ, Synergy, and Hilton Honors is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
