Qualifications

• Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome VIP and returning guests, ensuring personalized service throughout their stay
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
• Coordinate special guest requests such as celebrations, amenities, or preferences
• Conduct courtesy calls and follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to fulfill guest needs
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preference records
• Assist in resolving guest issues to ensure positive outcomes
