Addmind invites applications for a Floor Supervisor at Be Babel The Palm in Dubai. You will lead the front-of-house team, uphold refined service standards, and ensure seamless dining experiences for a discerning clientele.

The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate staff while engaging guests with warmth. Arabic fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus, and a commitment to luxury hospitality is expected.

Formación

• 2–4 years' experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of wine and luxury service standards.
• Fluent in Arabic (additional languages a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise floor operations during service to ensure smooth flow.

• Lead, train, and motivate waitstaff for consistent service.
• Engage with guests, handle feedback, and resolve complaints discreetly.
• Ensure VIP guests receive personalised service.
• Monitor reservations, seating plans, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, host teams for seamless service.
• Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.
• Assist management with briefings, shift reports, and feedback.
• Support upselling and staff knowledge of menus and promotions.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house team at Be Babel The Palm, one of our premium dining venues in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment. This role requires a hands-on professional who can maintain refined service standards, anticipate guest needs, and effectively support and motivate the service team.

The ideal candidate must be a fluent Arabic speaker.

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor operations during service to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, etiquette, grooming, and presentation in line with luxury brand expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate waitstaff, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
• Actively engage with guests, handle enquiries and feedback, and resolve complaints professionally and discreetly.
• Ensure VIP guests and regular patrons receive personalised and memorable service.
• Monitor table turns, reservations, seating plans, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service.
• Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and SOP standards at all times.
• Assist management with daily briefings, shift reports, and performance feedback.
• Support upselling initiatives and ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, wine, and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role within fine dining or high-end restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of wine and luxury service standards.
• Fluent in Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
