Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and general concerns courteously.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, reservations, and other front-office activities when required.
• Maintain accurate guest information and update relevant records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and other departments.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, operating hours, and available amenities.
• Receive guest feedback and communicate important concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist in handling special requests and arrangements for guests.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence in guest-facing areas.
• Support customer service standards and company procedures.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain records related to guest interactions when required.
• Assist the team with daily hospitality operations during busy periods.
• Perform other guest-service duties assigned by management.
