• Act as Workplace Experience Champion by identifying ways to elevate comfort, service standards and ambiance in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team.
• Delivers a high-touch hospitality experience for VIP guests and visitors.
• Support meeting and event hosting, guest engagement, meeting room readiness and workplace hospitality services.
• Acts as a Workplace Experience ambassador and ensures an exceptional guest journey.
