Job summary

Suiteable Holiday Homes in Dubai is expanding its Guest Relations team and is seeking a customer-focused Guest Relations Agent to assist guests throughout their stay and ensure memorable experiences.

You will handle check-ins/outs, coordinate with various departments, maintain guest records, and deliver high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor/Diploma in Hospitality or related field; Dubai UAE experience preferred; six days per week, rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Experience in Holiday Homes, Vacation Rentals, Hotels, or Guest Relations is preferred.
• UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.

Role Overview

Suiteable Holiday Homes is expanding its Guest Relations team and is looking for a customer-focused Guest Relations Agent to join its operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day guest relations. Previous experience in Holiday Homes, Hotels, or the hospitality sector is highly preferred, while UAE hospitality experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); previous experience in Holiday Homes, Vacation Rentals, Hotels, Hospitality, Guest Relations, or Front Office, with Dubai/UAE hospitality experience an added advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of guest relations, customer service excellence, and hotel/holiday home operations and front office procedures.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach; ability to work six days per week on rotational shifts; ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
