Job summary

ALIGN ON DEMAND LABORS SUPPLY SERVICES LLC in Dubai seeks a guest relations professional to welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their stay.

You will handle inquiries, requests, and feedback, coordinate with hotel and operations teams to ensure smooth experiences, and maintain accurate guest records while upholding service standards and resolving issues promptly. Fluency in Arabic and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of guest relations, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
