TRIO Cafe LLC in Dubai is seeking a warm, guest-focused ambassador to greet visitors and embody genuine Arab hospitality. You will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities include escorting guests to their seats, sharing information about the venue and events, and proactively offering assistance. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required, with additional languages being a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, with fluency in additional languages being a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor.
